John is involved in all aspects of Korsmo Construction on a daily basis and provides overall guidance and leadership to the entire Korsmo Construction team. John is a member of numerous boards including the AGC of Washington, Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, PLU School of Business Executive Advisory Board, and serves as a Lakewood Water Commissioner.
Kim Anderson, Vice President of Operations

Kim has 46 of experience in the construction industry and as Vice President of Operations oversees the day to day administration of our construction projects as well as being involved with company organization and staff development.
Greg Primm, VP/SR Project Manager

As VP/Senior Project Manager, Greg is responsible for providing oversight and leading our project management team, both in preconstruction and construction phases of our projects. Greg has 16 years of experience in the construction industry and is an active member of NAIOP.

Melissa has 25 years of experience in the construction industry and as Korsmo's Office Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the main office, manages compliance with both client and subcontractor contracts, and manages tracking systems used to achieve green building and sustainability requirements. Melissa is a member of the UW Tacoma Urban Studies Advisory Board.

Cindy manages the accounting operations of the company including the production of periodic financial reports and maintenance of accounting records as well as overseeing the AP, AR and payroll processes. Cindy has over 26 years of experience in construction related fields.
