Construction Management

Building further on a foundation of decades of experience, Korsmo Construction has become one of the northwest's most experienced firms offering both construction and construction-management services. Korsmo understands the dynamics of the construction process. We bring proven experience with all delivery methods – as contractor, construction manager and even subcontractor.

Self Perform Work

Korsmo Construction employees perform all site and building control functions, supervision, jobsite scheduling and coordination, layout work and subtrades, all concrete formwork, rough and finish carpentry, specialty installations, cleanup and punch-list work.

Small Works

Korsmo Construction's Small Projects Department was created to offer building solutions to clients with projects of a smaller scope, while providing the quality and expertise we have delivered on larger projects. The result is the personal service of a small, local contractor combined with the deep resources and experience of a large, regional builder.

We specialize in projects that are demanding, often involving tight deadlines, reduced budgets, and refined finishes. Many are in occupied spaces that require ongoing communication with building owners and minimized impact on staff and employees. These projects are labeled "Small" because of their diversity, a shorter time horizon, or the need to react quickly to a unique situation. These projects may involve seismic retrofits, renovations, tenant improvements, insurance claims, demolition, pre-engineered structures, or other types of construction.
