Small Works

Korsmo Construction's Small Projects Department was created to offer building solutions to clients with projects of a smaller scope, while providing the same quality and expertise we have delivered on larger projects. We provide the personal service of a small, local contractor combined with the deep resources and experience of a large, regional builder.

These projects are labeled "Small" because of their diversity, a shorter time horizon, or the need to react quickly to a unique situation. These projects may involve seismic retrofits, renovations, tenant improvements, insurance claims, demolition, pre-engineered structures, or other types of construction.
