Mt. Rainier Lutheran High School represents a true partnership between John Korsmo
Construction and Pease & Sons Construction. For the building of this
project, Pease & Sons acted as GC/CM and John Korsmo Construction
served as general contractor. This project was a unique opportunity
for competitors to team up on a worthwhile and valuable project. Both
companies also drew upon their relationships with generous
sub-contractors who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars in time
and materials. The new
