This $1.9 million remodel and upgrade project for
Associated Petroleum Products in the Port of Tacoma
included remodeling more than 15,000 square feet of
office space and upgrading electrical, mechanical and
roof systems on the company’s headquarters building.
With more than a half-billion dollars per year in
revenues, APP is a major supplier of fuels, propane and
lubricants across Western Washington.
The project was accomplished in eight months while the
site was occupied and APP continued their business from
the site. We met tight schedules and did extensive and
continuous value engineering to insure that we met their
needs.
